Back Office and Order Management at Jesús Peiró - Luxury Bridal Sector
At Jesús Peiró, a prestigious luxury bridal brand, I worked as a Back Office Manager from February 2021 up to July 2022, overseeing the order management for national and Benelux clients. My responsibilities included creating custom pricing, developing detailed cost breakdowns, and managing made-to-measure orders. I was also in charge of generating price lists for bridal collections and accessories.
Additionally, I played a key role during Bridal Fashion Week for the Ninfas Collection 2023, where I helped organize a 3-day pre-sale event for our customers at a hotel. After showcasing the collection, I assisted clients in a private showroom, taking pre-orders for the season. This allowed me to engage directly with clients, understanding their needs based on nationality and preferences, while also being involved in the sales process, ensuring personalized attention and tailored recommendations.
I collaborated closely with the production and pattern-making teams using internal SAP system to track and manage the flow of orders, guaranteeing timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
